MEETING STARTS @7:00
Meeting
is held at the F.O.P. hall located at the corner of Lakehurst Drive and Macedo Blvd.
This is off of Bay Shore Blvd, in Port St Lucie. Directions are as follows: Take Bayshore south from Prima Vista
Blvd to Lakehurst Drive. Turn right (west) two blocks to Macedo Blvd. The FOP Hall is located on the corner. IF ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CALL ANY BOARD
MEMBER.
Doors
will open at 6:15pm and dinner will begin promptly at 7:00pm. The dinner charge is $5 per person and a
covered dish. Those who do not bring a covered dish or if they bring a guest,
the charge is $10 per person.
The
covered dish rotation for January is as follows: A thru I bring DESSERT—J thru R bring
MAIN DISH and S thru Z bring a SALAD OR VEGGIE
Financial Report
Financial report – will be
discussed at the January 26, 2006 meeting.
Sundancer Air Show – Sunday,
February 26th. Please mark
you calendars. The Sundancers have invited us with our Mustangs to their show.
This should be nice if you like remote control airplanes. There will be food
available, but you could pack a lunch if you like. And don’t worry about the
cars. They will be parked away from the action. More information will be
available at the January 26th meeting. Hope you can attend.
Grace W, a long time member
has brought to my attention that the Elliott Museum is having an anniversary
picnic. Mark your calendars for April 30th at 11:00AM – 4:00pm. Food
is catered by Sonny’s Barbeque. Some members will be bringing side dishes. Jeff
Rivera will provide the music, tables, club banner, tent, and signs. Should be
lots of fun. I would also like all past presidents to attend.
Gweed’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Show –
Saturday, April 29th, 4PM-8PM. Please contact Jeff for a flyer and
registration. Pre-registration is $15. The South Florida Swing & Dance will
perform and music will be provided by Flashback. Should be a great night.
The Club Med Dinner Cruise
is on. Anyone who is interested should contact Jeff at 336-1704.
Silver Spring Car Show –
January 7th. Temperature was about 30 degrees, but that didn’t stop us
from this hot Mustang & Fords show! The riverboat cruise was interesting. There
were about 12 members who attended…Chuck & Joan, Sherri, Ernie & Barb,
Carlos, CJ, Jeff and others. Some stayed at hotels, while others stayed at
Chuck’s. I stayed in Carlos’ 34-foot motor home. Yes, we towed my car. We also
celebrated Barb’s birthday. She had a ball! Thanks guys, I had a great weekend.
Wish everyone could have been there. Ed will be posting pictures from the show
on the website soon.

Folks, we must try to attend the show. It’s the 3rd Saturday of
every month. He needs our support. Thank you.
Anthony’s Pizza in the Winn Dixie Shopping Center at the corner of Port St. Lucie Blvd and Bayshore Blvd. A few of us get together there every Friday night beginning around 6:30-7:00PM. If anyone is interested, please join us.
